Samsung launches Galaxy A5 and A3 in India, introduced the Galaxy E5 and E7
Galaxy A3 is a mid-ranger that comes with a 4.5-inch qHD display, a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 CPU, 1.5 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, microSD card slot (up to 64 GB), 8 MP camera on the back, 5 MP front shooter and 1,900 mAh battery. This device will be available for Rs. 20,500 ($ 323).
Galaxy A5 is better specced devices in the Galaxy series A, and features a 5-inch 720p display, 2 GB RAM, 13 MP shooter on the back and a larger 2,300 mAh battery. Better hardware comes at a price, with the Galaxy A5 is set to retail for Rs. 25,500 ($ 402). Both Galaxy A3 and A5 Galaxy will be offered in a variety of colors that include white pearl, midnight black, platinum silver, light blue, light pink, and champagne gold.
E5 galaxy similar to the Galaxy A3 in terms of hardware specs. There are some differences, however. With a 5-inch 720p screen, this device was larger, and there is a dual-SIM connectivity offered as well. To explain the larger display, the battery is a 2400 mAh variant. Prices were slightly lower at Rs. 19,300 ($ 304), which may be due to the fact that the matter is not metal like the A3 and A5 Galaxy Galaxy.
Like the Galaxy E5, E7 Galaxy Galaxy similar hardware with the A5, and offers a 5.5-inch 720p display along with a 2,950 mAh battery. In terms of software, the four devices come with Android 4.4 KitKat with a side portion of TouchWiz. One area of differentiation (besides design) between the Galaxy Galaxy series A and series E is in terms of connectivity: Galaxy A3 and A5 offer LTE connectivity, while the E5 and E7 only have 3G connectivity.
